Jerome Dewayne Whyte and Burke Bradley Warren are very passionate about "Star Trek" and "Star Wars." It's unknown who preferred which movie, but we do know at one point the Oklahoma City roommates' argument turned violent. Warren “became so frustrated” with Whyte that he left the pair’s shared living area and went to his room. Whyte then followed Warren into the room and shoved him to the floor. He also allegedly choked out his roommate, causing Warren to go in and out of consciousness. Whyte was declared the "aggressor" and charged with assault and battery. He was also charged with marijuana possession and it was discovered he had outstanding arrest warrants in connection with prior convictions for passing bad checks and child abuse.
