Lost Dog Back Home After Nine Months Alone In Mountains

It took nine long months, but a lost dog from Boise is finally back home with her family after being lost alone in the Idaho mountains. Mo, an older Chesapeake Bay Retriever was on a hunting trip with her owners when she wandered away.

Cindy and Darwin Cameron spent three months searching for Mo near the tiny Horseshoe Bend area, but because of harsh conditions and snow, the search became almost impossible.

But Mo survived the harsh winter and was taken in by dog rescuer Cheri Glankler after she collapsed at a ranch nearby last month. Glanker posted photos of Mo on Facebook and the Camerons were reunited with their beloved pet after all those months.
