The Columbus Theater in Providence has announced that it will be closing this summer.
In a social media post, the theater says its last show will be on June 9th and all currently scheduled events will go on as planned.
The theater says it is looking to find someone who has the "passion, energy, resources and vision necessary to keep this beautiful space a home for the arts in Providence."
