Clear Channel Providence (WHJY/WSNE/WHJJ/WWBB) conducts various contests weekdays and weekends at various times that offer various prizes for its listeners.
By participating in a Clear Channel Providence (WHJY/WSNE/WHJJ/WWBB) contest you are agreeing to be bound by the official contest rules for the contest. No purchase necessary.
Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old, one entry per person unless otherwise stated.
Only one (1) prize per household for the contest within a thirty (30) day period.
All winners must pick-up prizes in person at the radio station and present a valid id.
Prizes will not be released to anyone other than the actual prize winner.
If artist or venue cancels the performance for any reason. The station is not responsible and no prize replacement will be given.
PRIZE PICK-UP/LEGAL:
Contest winners will be asked to fill out a prize release form and a W-9 form.
Prizes will not be released if prize winner does not complete all forms in full. For a copy of the forms, click here.
Anyone who wins a prize or prizes valued at $600 or more in a one year period is required by law to report those prizes to the IRS. All prizes are non-transferable.
Any decision made by the promotions department are final.
