While Paul McCartney and The Who are the only two classic rock acts announced so far to perform during the London Olympic Games -- Macca the opening ceremony and The Who at the close -- many other acts will be represented with some of their recordings. The song list for the opening ceremony on July 27th has been leaked and it includes:

- The Clash - "London Calling"
- Mike Oldfield - "Tubular Bells"
- Sex Pistols - "God Save the Queen"
- Eurythmics - "Sweet Dreams (Are Made of This)"
