With the London Olympics under way, Van Halen’s "Jump" tops a new list of the world's best songs associated with sports. This list comes from the U.K. music rights organization PRS for Music. PRS chairman Guy Fletcher, who doubles as Mark Knopfler's keyboard player, says, “Music plays such a classic role for both the spectator and participant. As a Brit, I would have to vote for Spaundau Ballet’s 'Gold.'" Of course there are some on the list that you would never hear at a U.S. sporting event including The Beatles' "The Long and Winding Road" and Smokey Robinson's "Tracks of My Tears." And then there are usual ones from Queen - "We Will Rock You," "We Are the Champions" and "Another One Bites the Dust," and of course Journey's "Don't Stop Believin'."
