The researchers used artificial viruses to see how fast germs would spread in an office. And just one sick person managed to spread the virus to HALF the commonly-touched surfaces in the office, in just four hours. That included the coffee pot, desks, and elevator buttons.
Which means if you go to work sick, you'll have spread it to half the office by lunch . . . and by the end of the day, 70% of the office surfaces will be contaminated by the virus.
