Freddie Mercury’s 1974 Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow recently sold for a record £74,000 at Autosport International in Birmingham.
Now, the new owner - Verka Serduchka, Ukrainian pop-idol and silver winner of Eurovision 2007 - has come forward to reveal her plans for the famous wheels.
"I bought the car not to drive it, but to preserve it to fans of the Queen!" said Serduchka during a recent press-conference. She will give the Rolls-Royce to the Queen museum that will be opened this year. Before that, the car will be exhibited during the show of Verka Serduchka & Band in Moscow on March 9 and 10.
